Yes, you heard that right. It’s time to dig up your plastic caps, crochet needles and bleach, because this hair-raising trend is back to haunt us.

A Facebook community called @soodhot recently posted a now-viral video of various people getting “frosted.”
The result is divisive, with some people reveling (perhaps ironically) in the bottle-blond resurgence.
One reporter argued that there are some cases in which these “guylights” can look totally natural and add dimension — that is, if you happened to have been born a blond.

As a dark-haired guy who went full platinum, I can say with certainty that frosting isn’t anything I’d recommend. But there’s no doubt that bleaching’s back.
